How to Rent the Perry House:

The Perry House provides a very special and unique setting for weddings, parties, fundraising events, corporate meetings, social events and various cultural and educational activities. All income is used for improvement to the facility, restoration, decorating and maintenance.

At the current time only the first floor of the Perry House is available for rental.

The house is fully air-conditioned, and exceeds code compliance for fire safety. There are two gracious formal front parlors available for flexible use. The rear of the house is the more rustic large “keeping room” with the great hearth which is suitable for dining or meetings of up to 50 persons. The east ell functions as our Tourist Information Center, and is available for overflow in an event situation. Weather permitting the lawns and rear covered patio is available. The capacity of an inside event is 100 persons.

The Perry House is rented either by room, or the first floor as a whole and grounds. Pricing differs by the amount of house used, and the amount of time used.

Parking is available to the left of the property in the large parking lot. All functions require a Foundation supervisor in attendance.
