Rental Information

The Perry House, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built in 1690 by Benjamin Beach. In 1980, the Town of Stratford acquired the property and it is now operated by The Perry House Foundation, Inc., a non profit group, whose purpose is to stimulate and maintain cultural, educational, and tourism for the benefit of the Town.

The Perry House provides a very special and unique setting for weddings, showers, parties, fundraising events, corporate meetings, social events and various cultural and educational activities. All income is used for improvement to the facility, restoration, and maintenance. At the current time only the first floor of the Perry House is available for rental. In 2014 we added a handicap accessible bathroom, community room and full catering kitchen.

The House is fully air-conditioned, and exceeds code compliance for fire safety. Weather permitting, the lawns are available. Parking is available to the left of the property in the large parking lot. The Perry House is rented by room, download the rental brochure above for room sizes and pricing.

All functions require a Foundation supervisor to open and close.
